I am looking for an internet music download service that is pay-as-you-go. Essentially, one that doesn't handle your credit card number until after you make a purchase (like newegg.com, if you don't save your information). If anyone knows one, please tell me.

If you are in the US try walmarts download service. There are a good many out there, you can actually go through windows media player to check through some of them.
