It was actually a good movie. Tons of firefights, and a plot with enough twists and turns to keep you in for the long haul. Definately one that I'd recommend dropping some coin to see.
i'm looking forward to seeing that movie, the book was AMAZING!!!
Marky Mark is in that right?

The US economy is a giant Ponzi scheme. And 'to big to fail' is code speak for 'niahnahniahniahnah 99 percenters'
I saw it too, nice blood smears (When you shoot people against walls and the slide down) Not bad.
Saw it last weekend. Good flick. Gotta love long range sniping. I'll buy it when it comes out on DVD.
i think i'll go see it this weekend, if my wife doesn't want to go i'll take my dad
huh, never even heard of it till now...looks good though.
i just got back from seeing "Shooter" with my dad, pretty good movie, it had the book at heart, they didn't screw it up to bad. i really enjoyed the movie. and before ppl. start saying "those shots are impossible", no their not, well within the limits of high power rifles. if you read the book, you won't be let down.
I saw this movie tonight and I was giggiling like a school girl on a pony ride from the start. It was great. I know it's been out for awhile, but if you have not seen it you MUST before its out of theaters. (Because i know you don't have a screen that big at home)
If your a sniper fan/(whore!) then you will love this movie. Great plot, great action, great ending. Its all about revenge on corrupt states men. The main character (forget his name) Just tears it up big time.
The movie starts with this dude on a sniper mission. And what an opening scene it was! I thought BF2 immediately. This guy is the eyes on the ground for his troops. He takes out hostiles in moving trucks to protect friendlies on the ground from atop a cliff with his spotter. He gets spotted and all these other troops try to shoot at him but he snipes almost the whole crowd, then this chopper comes flying in and as it circles around he shoots a few rounds at the tail and the main prop (is it prop? I dont know) The chopper crashes into the ground, he makes it out alive some how, and retires after his mate (his spotter) gets killed during the attack.
He lives in the country as a hillbilly, but gets recruited to help smoke out an assassination attempt on the president, but the whole plot goes haywire, and he ends up running for his life, and seeking revenge on those who wronged him!
Its great, i gotta stop writing. Who here saw it? What did you think?

I'm merging this with the other thread.
lol I was confused for a moment when I got karma from a thread title I never made. Sorry I didn't search for the topic.
