I dont know. I too was there helping. I wasnt in the thick of things I will admit, I have a background of carpentry so I was building temporary emergency and medical stations. I agree with you on the media exploiting chaos, Heraldo Rivera made me want to fuck a cheese grater with his antics. You must admit when everything finally settled down there was an awful lot of stealing. Now I understand survival will kick in. The same store you frequent every week for groceries and what not isnt open, nor is any other so you have to steal to survive.
