you guys are trippin.. he shot out the tires.. not very efficiently but they went flat.. that was so hilarious with the scooter posse takin control at the end.. im guessin the guy crouching down holding his gun was the cop to pull the final shot.. atleast he looks upset about it and not doin the whole "high-five we got the bad guy" routine
