Yepp, do not matter that she obviously has an eating disorder. That she don't feel "full" after eating. When the parents see that she is getting just bigger and bigger you might think that they should have noticed it. Doubt that they suddenly realized: ow damn, look at our daughter, she is 400 pounds, how the hell did that happen, just last year she was 70(or something like that). It is the parents fault.
