I checked everywhere possible and nothing so what unlock is this (must be NS), and if anyone knows, please tell me waht this does...

There was a thread a while back where this was discussed and the verdict was that it is the ability to use the NS unlock squad leader beacon.

Thats the Squad Leader Unlock. It cuts off five seconds on the fifteen if your dead (not critically wounded) if you have a beacon deployed.
