The BF2 loading song is getting annoying!!!!

Man everytime we load up a map on bf2 is the same song, i wonder how many hours i've been listening to that song....maybe 20 hours...why cant EA change the song in a new gay patch?

I like it.

I think it's a great song to hum or whistle along to. Especially the MEC maps, when it plays that cool Middle Eastern music.

you're talking about BF2 or SF?

2 songs for vanila BF2 can get a bit boring, just get a kick arse comp so you can get though the loading faster.

But in SF I find that truly annoying, just the same MEC load music

Guess what, they added (or rather unlocked) a new loading song in AF.
It's a beefed up version of the BF1942 theme song, IIRC.
Definitely the best tune in all BF2.

It's a shame they didn't create new tunes for SF & EF.
At least they added very nice new winning/losing tunes to them, though I have to say that they really should have used the European anthem (Ode To Joy from Beethoven's 9th symphony).

I agree... I remember the first months of BF2. Oh those days, when you could shoot while jumping and flop on your belly the whole round.

yes, I think until PB nabs you for altering game files....

I dunno what maps its used on, but the Insurgents song...I think its used for maps in SF, and you hear is constantly in PR on Al Basara (some times you can hear Jihad cars driving at you blasting it lol)

It's called a remix, not rip-off.
Besides, the AF version has the better rhythm and the instruments sound more realistic.
The BF1942 one sounds too much like MIDI music to me.

The marching drum rolls just add to the war feeling.
