I don't believe in Nostradamus' abilities at all. Making a large number of vague predictions, of which some could be interpreted in a variety of ways, requires neither skill nor mystical power.

Neither do I believe that conflict between these nations is imminent. These nations understand what war, especially that of nuclear nature, can do, and how their countries would deal with it. Preferably, economic and diplomatic powers are used more and more between the larger powers. Each has little to gain and a lot to lose by attacking another great power. Territory, resources, and other traditional products of conquest are hard to come by, and instead the greatest accomplishment would be increasing one's own sphere of influence. Remember, though, most wars would now be intercontinental, meaning conventional warfare would be limited. To fight overseas is a difficult task. In the end, everyone would likely lose more than gain in conquest.

Of spheres of influence, Russia, China, India, and the US are all busy involving themselves in certain regions to be able to control world order. China is active throughout Asia, especially in socialist states such as Laos, Vietnam, and North Korea, while the US maintains influence in Japan and South Korea, dominating the rest of the Americas and is increasingly fighting to have influence in the Middle East, something that Russia is likely opposing. India is primarily concerned with itself and Pakistan, and as a democracy will have great trouble with warring with the United States at all. These power struggles are of influence, and often resources. War is not a viable option.

Its interpreted as being Napolean and Hitler. But you know interpretations....

Hmmm, that's the first time I've heard that.  I don't recall is talking about multiple antichrists anywhere in Scripture.  You are correct about interpretations.

The passage specifically numbers the army, that can hardly mean 1 of a billion things.  Certainly much of Revelation speaks using ancient military terms, but that does not mean the passage does not refer to a modern army.

One cannot lump unchanging ancient prophecy in with date setting by modern humans.  They are two very different things.  I could say tomorrow Jesus is going to come back, but when it doesn't happen, that does not disprove a 2,000 year old prophecy.
