I got Special Forces through the post today.
Installed, patched, played. Its awsome.
Came out of a server, got 5 free unlocks. Picked 5 SF Weapons.
Went back onto another server and I couldn't use my unlocks but I COULD use my old BF2 Vanilla unlocks?

Anyone know why this is?

buggy server probably, have you never unlocked the 3rd weapon set before now ?

anyway have fun with the G36 family , oh and try a different server because the problem might be the time delay between unlock server or something ? anyway good luck

special forces only allows you to use the first set of unlocks not the second, it sucks but what the hell at least you get something better.

Normally you can use your SF Unlox in Bf2.Im not sure why...try to wait a bit maybe its "updating" or something but if u unlocked 5 SF guns you will be able to select them shortly if not then bug or no idea.

You cant use SF unlocks on Sf, unless there the stocks.

If you were playing on a SF server, then you won't get the SF unlocks.  Those guns are used buy the SAS and USMC in special forces, so if you want to use them those are the teams you have to be on.  If you want to use them as unlocks then you have to do it in Vanilla BF.

Other than that, maybe they hadn't registered on the unlocks server yet.

If I'm not mistaken, they released the P90 and L96A1 a few weeks before EF was released.
