Please any one who can help me plz do. after i clicked the icon on my desktop and the little bf2 logo comes up and then i get a black screen and then it goes back to the desktop... Please help

I would re install it
i had that problem with my old computer. It turned out, I did not have enough memory to run bf2. you need atleast 512mb. Also, the graphics driver was not up to date. So I downloaded one off of ati's website.

And ya I gotta crappy Sony Vaio too, I upgrade the graphics to ATI 9600 XT. It works but all settings at low.

Yep. Buy non-intergrated PC parts and custom-building is the way to go.
ive just had this problem, reinstalling the 1.12 patch fixed it.
