some of people seems to like sauna at like 40-45celcius but if sauna is that temperature in finland we call it cold is should be like 70celcius to be even warm (just watched Eight below movie and they were in sauna, there was 41 celcius, and they seemed to have hot in there)

I go to the Sauna dayily cause its in my Gym Package great way to relax and let off some steam, well next to a Jaccuzi of course
I´m half-finnsih so i´m kinda weak if someone suggest to go to the sauna unfurtunely i cant fit a sauna in my apartment so i´ll have to use it at work.
Why you'd want to essentially boil yourself for an hour then risk some sort of thermia (the one you get when your temperatures change rapidly) is beyond me.

It is also important that you have a big sausage that you wrap in foil and put on the stones while you are in there and when you are done with the sauna the sausage is fantastic!!! It is a shame that you don`t have "Koti Sinappi" or "Auran Sinappi" (Mustards) to enjoy it with!!!!
Afterwards you sleep like you never slept before!!!!!

ive been in one but we dont have many in australia.. since its a sauna outside everyday.
My parents' house actually has a sauna built into it. It was very relaxing. I haven't been in one in about 7-10 years though.

I had a sauna when I was younger. I ruined it by pissing on the rocks trying to show off to my cousins. That smell just never seems to come out of the cedar.
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it
Over here sauna's are basically just places for the creepy nudist people to hang out. The idea of being in a hot room and diving into cold water is kinda nice, but all the creepy naked people are reason enough for me to never actually go there.
