There are people in China that survive the bird flu and look at the conditions they live in. The good thing is that there might be open season for bird killing sprees soon so that bird that annoys the hell out of you in the morning you can finally kill it now.

Big problem with this bird flu turns out to be cats actually as they are mammals so the virus would be in an ideal host to mutate and transmit to humans. In tests carried out on feral felines in Asia, 5% have antibodies in their system that indicate they have been infected by it..
