8800 GTS and BF2142 not working

I just bought an 8800 GTS vidoe card and got the latest drivers for it. Now when I try to get into BF2142 the screen flickers black stays a second or two and goes back to the desktop.
I have run DXdiag and everything passed, the vide card showed up correctly.

Any ideas?

Run Game in windows mode then let me know error message it gives you

actuallyI figured it out. If you rename the bf2142 folder in My documents it resets everything
