yeah I hate people that type 'ever' instead of 'every'.spacepelle wrote:
just wanted to add that people like pigskin are far more scary that all the muslims in the world combined...shame on you.
If we could understand them, the news editor couldn't sleep with himself when he realised he'd put in the wrong subtitles for the flag burning footage. The subtitles should read "Damned mussies, burning polyester, they should know by now that that's damaging to the environment".Pernicious544 wrote:
I like how people make videos portraying all Muslims to be terrorists. FYI people, there are such things as Neo Nazis here in the United States, Christians and Catholics that are terrorists like Timothy McVeigh. The news doesn't follow them though as the only news that gets ratings is from people half-way around the world chanting things we cant understand and burning our flags.
Actually, on a more serious note, does anyone hear a translation like that and actually think "OMFG they're trying to kill us!"? I've said a lot of stuff that is at least as "fascist" as the quotes in the video (if it were to be taken literally), but of course I don't really want to kill Americans, I just wish they wouldn't be on our TV channels so often. In any case, there are plenty of examples of people slagging off on others, but that doesn't mean they invade someones homeland (useless they happen to be tea towel heads and have lots of oil...oh wait, did I type that out loud?).
I've heard more heart-felt anti-islamic banter in my home town than there was anti-anti-american propaganda in that video. People all over the world are belligerent due to their own ignorance. All I can say is "If you can't take the time to understand someone, you shouldn't make time to hate them." That goes for both sides.
Edit:
lol. Yeah, we could send them to a territory off-shore where our courts don't have jurisdiction, and poke them with hot pokers...SargeV1.4 wrote:
Let's have a Jihad against religion I wouldn't mind seeing religious people being sent off to an isolated country, cut off from communication with the rest of the world.
