maybe i've put it on a wrong spot but anyway,
since Sgt_maxpowe or something (http://bf2s.com/player/44925574/) got special forcesribbons SAS and Spatnatz + he played them over 25 h i think the ribbons are 25h of the cartein type of army watch when he gets the MECSF he played that 21h if that reaches 25 and he gets the ribbon the ribbons or 25h total i think...

*edit* + look at nastie butler he played them more than 25h aswell...

- An unknown requirement.

I got mine after I reached 20 hours, MEC was almost on the dot.

Looking at your MECSF ribbon, could it perhaps be 20 hours and 50 wins as that side?
