Actually Renault isnt allowed to use this commercial anymore in europe. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Toyota, Volvo and even VW and Opel proofed in a german TÜV (technical institution for vehicles kind of) study, that most french manufacturers end up last in crash test.

Anyways, the spot is pretty cool

french bread is really nice when it is fresh, but that one looked like it was maybe a week old because it was not crusty and a bil stale.

There was nearly the same commercial by a, I guess, german car brand, where they crushed a french bread against a wall, just like in the above... Result, the fresh french bread failed

actually I dont know. The only Knäkkebrot you get buy over here, is made by a brand called Wasa. Afaik a swedish brand. And the bread in the spot symbols Volvo or Saab.

Yeah! According to commercials here in The Netherlands Knakkebrot is Swedish as well..
