Did you try another video driver?
By the way, I noticed that you have a BFG card ... the latest nVidia driver caused my BFG card to go whacko just like you are describing (incredibly slow and barely responsive).  You might try going to an earlier driver version.

how do u get yer puter to only use 200mb of yer ram at idel and 31 processer 30 with out tsk manger! i have 52 on start up and once i close the itunes stuff it goes down to 48
Use a Windows process guide like:

Black Viper's Services Configuration

Follow the directions at the top carefully.

Then for anything else just Google the full process name (whatever.exe)and look for a result from http://www.liutilities.com. This won't tell you outright if something should be disabled or not, but it'll let you know what's necessary(like driver files) and what's not. At that point it's up to you to decide if you want to disable it or not.

My System Idle Process is at 95-99 too etc. But it's fine for me.. video error if it lags i reckon..
System Idle Process is not a 'process' well it is... but it isnt.

It uses up all your unused CPU.... so if none of the programs are using the CPU, then system idle process will be at 99- but your computer will still be fast.

If another process is using 40%, then system idle process will be using 60%....
