Ah, you go to Northwestern? I wanted to go their so badly and was happy when I got accepted, but I couldn't afford it... I went to Bradley instead since they were my backup and they are paying for all my tuition.The_Shipbuilder wrote:

I'll be getting my Associates very soon, and I'll have my bachelors in 09' and hopefully my JD in 12'
Doing a BSc. in Computer Science (should really be called Software Engineering), had a setback last year which mean't I dropped a vital paper (and missed the first Lib vs Con game!) so I'm doing 200-level stuff for the first semester this year, but thats okay as now I'll have a lot more choice of 300-level stuff and I'll actually be doing the 200 level papers that I want to do.
I have 2 BA's, one for Graphic Design, the other in Video Game Design. I wanted to try for a Masters for my second, but I couldn't really get in, as the two are quite different. I am glad to have both though (besides my loans lol) they provided me the opportunity to advance.
Went. Class of '98.Elamdri wrote:

Currently working on my BA in English Language and Culture.

Bs Criminal Justice. I wish I went for Business though.
Malloy must go
3rd year of my six year plan to get a masters degree in electrical/telecommunications engineering.
Had to drop out of Cologne University in '98 to support my family after my parents had divorced ( mortgage payments, and all sorts of other stuff ). Until then, I was a major in Political Sciences, minor in English and Modern / Midevial (sp?) History.
I started working full-time and have since finished a different education with diploma ( in 2002 ), but not comparable to a BS or Masters degree. Germany has an education system that differs slightly from that in the US. As soon as I can afford it, I plan to re-enlist at University or an equivalent program to further boost my CV.
Probably not Political Sciences, though, as it was taking me nowhere. I am aiming at some sort of Business Degree, as it is closer to what I am doing right now. Political Science doesn't pay the bills...

Remember Me As A Time Of Day
No, I wasn't kidding.
I was raised in Utah and in family, working to support everybody was more important than school. My dad raised no objections and in fact landed me a full time job when I was 15.
Its kinda sad, I was in advanced classes all through grade school, and was a wizz kid at science and math.
My only formal adult education is four years of Jazz bass guitar lessons and theory studies. Running a business for 9 years, and being father of two.
Thank god I have a voracious reading appetite. I consume books.
My current interests are geology and mining history.
I find that if one has a desire to learn, he may become more well versed in a subject than most people sitting in a class room by reading a book or going online.
Now you'll know. I am a unedumacated country bumpkin working full time since I was 15.
Now, how many guessed?
