As far as the funniest movie I've seen, I'd have to say Hercules Returns. I laughed all the way through it. But that's not to say it's the best funny movie I've ever seen, just the funniest funny movie.
The only ones on the list I've seen are American Pie 2 and Ace Ventura. I wasn't that impressed with either of them.

Freddy Got Fingered is one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time. You have to like a certain type of comedy to enjoy it. [Retarded humor]

It's impossible to define the funniest movie. Of those listed I picked Ace Venture because Jim Carrey rules.
If you can, see "Wrongfully Accused" with Leslie Nielson. It's a spoof of "The Fugitive", (at least I think it is, it's the one with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones - "I didn't kill my wife!" "I don't care.")

Monty Python, the holy grail made me laugh a lot more than the movies u have listed there.
Had to be jackass purely because I thought the others were complete shit, though I've not seen Taledega Nights
Mine would have to be Napoleon Dynamite. I lol'd so hard when watching it.
I said other... I'd say the funniest movie I've ever seen is Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Nothing beats that.
