Hi my name is Brandon, it is really hard for me to do homework because right when I'm about to do it I just go to the computer and start up BF2. I really want to do good in school, but every time I say I'm gonna do my homework I don't do it and end up playing hours of BF2. What should I do?

Just stop playing for a while then play again its not that much fun anymore and you can get your grades up. What helps me is staying after school in the library for an hour and do your homework then go home and boot up your pc. Sometimes I dont play at all during the week like last week was my finals week I didn't play at all and brought to of my Bs to As.
Unless you fail, then you have to deal with the ridicule for the rest of your life. Loser.evilcartman99 wrote:

Go use what you learned in bf2 IRL
Do your fucking homework then?
Its not hard to avoid playing the game, just think, finish my homework, play bf2 after, still get good grades in school...
Simple eh?

Well just try and ermm lock ur computer lol!!!, I had exams and I was soooo busy, I couldn't stop first but then I was able to reduce the time I spend on games, instead go watch TV or w/e, that way u will stop thinking abut it and maybe u can do ur h/w
Good luck
Seriously, break your BF2 disk. At the very least give it to your parents and tell them not to let you have it during the week.
If you carry on like that you'll eventually come across something that will make you realise the error of your ways, either change now or face being forced to.
I like that idea.iTrown|speshul|patton wrote:

you really want to do WELL in school...
not "good"
that's your problem.

All work and no play makes Brandon a dull boy. All play and no work Brandon's out of school.
Make the choice.

Well as a Doctor would say this first part of the solution here is admitting you have a problem.thareaper254 wrote:

You have also taken your first steps by either curing your addiction of making it worse by talking about it here
Its easy really, school>homework>bf2, in that order. Reward your homework studies with bf2 sessions.
Here's the reply you were groping for:
It's OK to be a gamerholic. School is over-rated anyway. If all that stuff was really worth learning they would have put it in BF2. Anyway, if you drop out of school to play computer games you will pull heaps of chicks. And you'll never have any problems getting unemployment benefits; just tell them you're a Lieutenant General and they'll give you a pension.

lol that's why i don't have my computer in my room! it's downstairs in the living room(yes it's my own PC, not an PC for the whole family because bought it myself). i make my homework upstairs, in my bedroom. nice desk, no PC or monitor around: no problems making Homework

Suicide is a serious issue in todays society and is not an answer to any problems you may face.
