Did for a while, went into airsoft, never looked back
few years ago i dont remember how i got it or whatever pretty sure it was stolen and im not into paintball or anything but i have a "Impulse" and its all black with some pink on it anyone ever heard of it or know what its worth?.
I have three times so enough to know it hurts like a bastard, but wouldn't be as fun otherwise. The worst thing though is the guns are not accurate at any kind of range so you end up blowing the fuck out of each other close ranger you dont look pretty after that shit ;p
We used paintball to practice room clearing in the Corps. Kind of sucked because back then the guns jammed a lot, but it was still fun
I have tried paintballing, and discovered that it's incredibly fun, right up to the point where your glasses have been knocked loose, you're covered in stinking mud, the inside of your visor is misted up, the outside is covered with smeared mud and paint, your knuckles still sting from the last round, you've been shot, and every time you lower your arm while walking to the spawn point because it's tired you get hit with a barrage of paintballs.
However, it's still an excellent way to waste an afternoon, and a good excuse to run around the woods, diving in mud and playing war.

Used to be on a team and played quite a few tournaments, even had a couple sponsors. Even won a couple PB markers at a couple of the tournies. Was playing every weekend both Saturday and Sunday. Quit playing cause it got to be too damned repetitive, wound up selling all my PB equipment for a few thousand dollars and used that money to buy and rebuild an engine for my car.

paint ball is better then air soft.paint ball does more pain to another person some air soft guns cant even shot 5 meters
Ive been playing for years. I've played several tournies and I am the VP of the Umass Amherst Paintball Club. I've personally owned a Spider E99, Tippman A-5, and now a completely cusotm autocker. Thing cost me 1500 to build but it spits 19 balls per second, lotta firepower to deal with.

I have one time have my own gun just was way to hot this summer to play any but is extremely fun it is scary when the paint balls are flying over your head you can hear them. I guess that is what it must feel like when real bullets are going over your head.
I love to paintball. I don't care much for speedball though (and yes, I have). Can't really afford to speedball. Woodsball is great though. Despite my love for the scenario feel I use an automag rt pro with a custom autococker body and a 16" all american barrel.
Yeah. I was super into it a few years back. Me an my friends were tryin to start a team. Alli did in my spare time was read paintball mags. But then my guns broke (i had a brass eale p.o.s. and a spyder imagine) and my parents stopped payin for it.
Still play about 4 times a year though. Splatball in minneapolis. Its indoor so we can play in the winter!

my SG552 was electric, full auto cyclic rate 800/min, 450 FPS, which is alot more than your paintball gun. it was accurate in calm conditions to just over 100 yards with 5 inches of dev.
thats not counting my two gas side arms....one of which was full auto that had a cyclic rate of 1300/min.

if you ever get into real firearms, airsoft will give you a leg up......great hobby IMO.
