Awesome movie.  Gotta love the late 80's / early 90's Christian Slater movies (Gleaming the Cube being one of my favorits) but that quote is from Pump Up the Volume.

EDIT:  Damn it!  Too late.

If the answer is no then I've exhausted my limited knowledge of films starring monkeys

Is it one of the Austin Powers movies?  I dont' remember a monkey in any of them so I couldn't guess which one, but it's one of the better comedy series' I can think of.

this is spinal tap

next quote

"i wish someone would kill me right now."
"do you want me to kill you?"
"go for it."
Witchblade ??

If so here`s the next one:

Option A: You talk, we listen, no pain. Option B: You don't talk, I remove your thumbs with my pliers, it will hurt. Option C: I like to vary the details but the punchline... you die.
aren't you supposed to wait and see if you're right before proceeding with a quote of your own?

in any cse, you're wrong and that's not the answer.

Sooooooooooooooooo, the current quote should still be:

"i wish someone would kill me right now."
"do you want me to kill you?"
"go for it."

it's a hard one because you can't google it.

i'll give a hint:

the movie came out in 2006, and there was a serial killer in the plot

As it seems to have got forgotten - "have you got a licence for that monkey " is from Return of the Pink Panther - Peter Sellers to the blind beggar

I'm confused as to what the actual current quote should be so I'm going with this one from Krappyappy:

"My head stopped my body from getting hurt."

I think that quote comes from Jackass Number 2.  Knoxville riding a bike into a pile of snow I think, and face plants.

However, I don't have a quote so someone help me out here.

Killing zoe?  Never seen it but i thought about that then dismissed it cause Robert Rodriguez wasn't involved.

a nice easy one assuming I'm right etc:

I want to thank you, sir, for making the tapes in an illegal fashion.
I would like to thank the court of appeals for reversing you, your honour.
And i want to thank Almighty God without whom no case gets tossed.

edit:
clue 1.  I'd class it as a gangster film.

Clue 2.  Stars the godfather of gangster movies Al Pachino.
