I had a wierd dream last night. In my dream, a huge meteorite (about 50 miles wide) was about to hit Earth and cause a mass extinction. There are 7 spaceships that had been modified to have a last ditch attempt to save people and find a new planet to live. My family, my friends and I were part of it . Now, the dream freaked me out and I woke up. Is my dream trying to tell me something?
BTW, the meteorite was confirmed by NASA, and the president of South Korea got a heart attack from the news and died a few days before the meteorite crashed. Everything seemed so real. Once again, is my dream trying to tell me something?

It is really similar to a book I read several years ago. The title is The Mayflower project. Man, the dream was freakin scary for some kind of reason. There was one part that scared the hell out of me. I just don't remember what it was.

I'm not a rocket scientist by any means, but wouldn't the explosion caused by the impact on the Earth cause the ships to explode? I don't know what timeframe you were dreaming in, but if it was a "last ditch" effort, I think it would be too late. If the ships were anywhere near Earth (in our solar system), they would be destroyed. The removal of Earth would fuck up the entire gravitational order of the solar system.

If you have a chance to read The Maflower Project, you'll get a full view of my dream. The spaceships are just modified space shuttles. But, a few of them were a prototype technology NASA and Boeing (for some kind of reason) were working on. All of them, including the spaceshuttles have some kind of experimental hibernation room that put you into a "slumber mode" until the spaceship hit a solid ground. The event took place in around 2015. Disturbingly similar to the book.

i died in my dream last night, and had enormous fun as a ghost. i watched my own funeral, and really freaked out the guys who were cremating my body.

i could also have a 'ghost' version of whatever i wanted. so i wished myself a ghost motorcycle and went tearing ass all over the highway.

but seeing my mother bawling over my body really sucked.

i had a dream like this once, but instead it was nuclear bombs and then some bf2 kicked in and suddenly i was hanging onto the things of a chopper and jumped off and parachuted and landed in somewhere in africa.

it was such an awesome dream as well.

Surely it would be easier to fly into orbit. Wait for all the havoc on earth to settle down and then land back on earth. It would save time looking for another planet. You would probably have to live like cavemen, if everything is destroyed, but theres nothing wrong with that.

I'm no dream specialist but I heard that dreams are there because the person dreaming has a problem in there life and there brain is trying to cope with it. Maybe your friendship is in jeperdy and you don't know it. The 7 ships could be the 7 events that caused your friendship to be in jeperdy. The meterite could mean that if you continue down the same path it would effect the rest of your life. Well that's all I could think of lols.
