'Fraid not, you signed a contract for a "package" of channels. Arguably, your bill would be identical or even HIGHER without those channels riding along on your airwaves that are piped to your house. You don't pay per channel UNLESS that channel is a pay channel, ie, does not advertise to pay for itself but instead relies on specific prescriptions (i.e. HBO, Showtime, Playboy, etc.).
Most other channels that have basic advertising and programming, like your MTv's and your BET, aren't paid for by the cable bill you pay. They recieve almost nothing, and in fact may pay your cable company to carry the channel (reducing your bill). Only certain advertising channels will be paid for by the cable company on the basis that they help sell cable packages, ESPN being notoriously one of the few that does this.
Anyways, sounds like it is a basic problem of "angry white man" getting offended because...ummm...because of nothing. You realize you can simply program your clicker to blank out or skip right by those channels you find objectionable...but if you want, you can scream to the FCC and get the federal government to take even more of our freedom in the name of establishing the American Taliban. I'll start making a list of books we should burn and objectionable artists we need to summarily execute while we're at it...
