Do you really want a G36C?  If so, TM's is better (CA's G36 series has too many problems)  However, the gun itself isn't that great.  What kind of play style do you want?  I can point you to a much better gun as well as good websites.

I mean Rifleman, Assault, Support, etc...

Classic Army's M15 series is excellent all around.  You can't go wrong and there are THOUSAND'S of aftermarket pieces and upgrades.

Forget that man.  I'm sure paintball and airsoft is fun, but save your money until you turn 21.  The amount of dough you shell out on a couple of Air Soft guns will buy you a real gun when you turn 21.  I suggest a glock 23.  It was my first pistol.  What a great gun!  And it will actually do some damage.  If you want to play around with some fully automatics, then just join the military when you turn 18.  IMHO.

Merry Christmas.

This is my latest acquisition.  I slapped a G&P Acog 4X scope on it, and a PEQ-2 battery case for a 10.8 volt battery, as well as a couple of internal upgrades.

VFC if you have a high budget, Vega Force Company is pretty much top of the line in that their internals and externals are high quality and will last you a while. You can buy VFC products many places online. Of course there are better gun companies.

Otherwise you should go with a company like G&P or classic army

Here's a link to a forum for airsoft youll learn more there

I work in an Airsoft Store (Airsoft Extreme).  VFC's alright, but your best sticking off with CA or TM for your first gun.  Don't touch G&P or G&G.  They're guns are pieces of shit, but they're aftermarket products are pretty good.  And I just laugh at ICS.

Get Ca they are the best. Their G36 is better than TM. TM is over priced for their externals. Both cos. are good but CA is better. I am getting the CA SLR (AK74) Refdwolf is not reliable buy from www.trinityairsoft.com or www.depot53.com airsoftgi.com is also good. Talk to me if you need any help. I know alot.  see Major league does too.

CA's bodyes are made from some kind of alluminium ; not so great... better to get TM gun and buy metal body for it .

Both TM and CA are good. If you want a place where you can get a lot of guns and if you live in California, try searching for a shop called airsoft extreme and see if it is near you. I bought a mp7 once and it is the best. The store has guns everywhere they even let you shoot for free to see wich gun fits you- well if you live near Torrance. Remember airsoft extreme= teh win.

Dude, you want a G36C! I'm looking to sell mine! I have a classic army. It's only been used twice. I have a foregrip, two hi-cap magazines, a universal battery charger (charges mini and large batteries), an 1100mah large battery (won't fit in the tiny battery space they give you, so I used electrical tape to strap it to the side; you can also go to a store and get it professionally done where they make a little pouch and wire it to the butt of the gun), 3 mini batteries (I think they're 700 mah, but I'm not sure, I never used them; but they fit in the designated battery space of the gun). I also have a lot of leftover BBs, a couple thousand I think. I also have a gun bag, but it's a cheap one and too big for the G36C considering how compact it is. Oh! And I just remembered I have a red-dot scope for the gun, too.

This is a review of the gun I have. Also I'd like to note that the CA version was built to function with TM accessories (one of my mags is TM).

I'll sell it all to you for $400 + shipping. I honestly think that is a steal. The gun itself is $295, the big battery was $80, mag $40, foregrip $20, bag $15, charger $70, red-dot $50.

If you're interested, please tell me and I'll try and get some pictures.

Whatever you do, don't buy a cheap-ass one from Cyma.  Advertised at ~200 FPS, mine shoots at something more like 30.  And it won't even go through a piece of paper, unless you shoot it with the barrel literally touching the paper.

I also want the opinion of the airsofters here. I'm looking for a good electric gun under $150. I say under $150 because I just use it around the house or with my friends so I don't need to blow $400 on something I'll use every once in a while. Anyone have any suggestions? I have a UTG MP5A4/A5 already and I love it!

Damn... Some of those suckers cost nearly as much as brand new, real guns that shoot real bullets...  Surely, I see how this is a good option for people outside of the US, or other places where guns are hard to get, but damn.

I'd spring for a good pellet gun or a paintball gun if I had no other options--unless I was keen on playing with other airsoft people, that is.
