This was taken from the book the End of Faith, by Sam Harris.

Our situation is this: most of the people in this world believe that the Creator of the universe has written a book. We have the misfortune of having many such books on hand, each making an exclusive claim as to its infallibility. People tend to organize themselves into factions according to which of these incompatible claims they accept—rather than on the basis of language, skin color, location of birth, or any other criterion of tribalism. Each of these texts urges its readers to adopt a variety of beliefs and practices, some of which are benign, many of which are not. All are in perverse agreement on one point of fundamental importance, however: “respect” for other faiths, or for the views of unbelievers, is not an attitude that God endorses. While all faiths have been touched, here and there, by the spirit of ecumenicalism, the central tenet of every religious tradition is that all others are mere repositories of error or, at best, dangerously incomplete. Intolerance is thus intrinsic to every creed. Once a person believes—really believes—that certain ideas can lead to eternal happiness, or to its antithesis, he cannot tolerate the possibility that the people he loves might be led astray by the blandishments of unbelievers. Certainty about the next life is simply incompatible with tolerance in this one.

According to the different Religions there are several definitions and entities known as God.  Who is God?  The Christian God, the Hindu, the Buddhist, the Jewish, the Muslim, other?  Which Religion is right?  Is any Religion right?  How do you know your faith is the one that God endorses?

Ummmm ... yes and no.  Although all claim a common heritage, the description of God is markedly different in each religion.

They are all Abrahamic Religions, but they teach different things, and they are very intolerant with each other, although God is supposed to be only one.  I was asking anyway about all Organized Religions, not only the three mentioned before.

I agree, I think any discrepencies are there to purposely cause friction between the three as a means of testing each faith.

whichever one you believe is real

noone has proved there is one, noone has proved there isn't and until we do its a personal choice as to what the 'real' divine being is

Indeed they are. They all come from Abraham. They may have different depictions of him, but they ALL tell the followers to: be peace loving and respectful. It's shame that call for peace from god has been so twisted.

This IS my opinion, but here it is:

All gods are the same god; each one is just a unique form.
People have just interpreted each differently and have now spread out into their respective religions.

He is God. Father of Mithras - NOT Jesus. The Christians just ripped off the story of Mithras as the son of God and used it for Jesus.

Mithras was born on Christmas, in a stable, surrounded by 3 sheperds and 3 wise men, he died and came back to life a few days later on a Sunday, he had a last supper with his 12 disciples. It's all just ripped off from previous religions. He didn't have a mother though, he was born from a rock. His followers worship him by eating bread and drinking wine that represent his body and blood, they are also baptised and the core of the religion is centred around life being a struggle between good and evil ending in judgement and believe in a revelations bringing final judgement and resurrection of the dead.

Mithraism predates Christianity.

It's the little things like this that make me extremely sceptical of any religions.

If you study the characteristics of Jehovah and Allah, as described by their own followers, you will find they are polar opposites.  Allah is unknowable according to Muslims, in contrast, Jehovah takes considerable effort to establish a relationship with His creation and is loving and just.  Let's assume for arguments sake that all gods are equal.  Jehovah is still the only one who does not require His followers to work their way to Heaven/paradise.  Instead, He has provided the way through His Son, only requiring belief.  That sets Christianity apart from all other religions in my opinion.

Seems that something or someone has been mindwashing you.  At least make for sure you use correct spelling when you try to debate something.  It makes you more respectful.

Whatever anyone believes in, the fact of the matter is that "belief is in itself, and by definition the exact opposite of knowledge. So, when you know something, there is no point in saying that you believe in it, and vice versa: When you believe in something, it is only because you cannot say that you know it.

Thus those whose life is dictated by beliefs instead of knowledge ( especially in this day and age, where there is plenty of the latter) are not to be trusted to say the least.

'God' answered this a long time ago.

Odd feeling, but I have to agree with your word.

These 3 religions only differ in their picture of a messiah.

PS: Fighting a war for god is thus like killing your brother for your mother.

*shrugs*  Wouldn't it just be easier to live your life with practical earthly things in mind and worry about the afterlife if it actually turns out to exist AFTER you're dead?  Seriously, the empty speculation of religion is really quite pointless.  Chances seem most likely that either the atheists are right or that no one religion has the whole truth.

The odds are certainly against one religion being 100% correct.
