BF2S Forums I need some thoughts

Actual event of Sunday night wrote:

I was at Ashlies apartment and took the dogs out before we went to bed, and as I was coming up the stairs to go back in, some guy said something and was asking about Ashlies neighbor, I said "I dont really know her, her car isnt here so she probably isnt here" and started to head back in, Pedro and Rocky started barking at him and he started to come up the stairs like he was going to knock on her door - then by the time he got to the top i was just about to grab the door knob and go in and he said something to me, and I turn around to find the barrel of a gun about 1/2" away from my face.

He tried to rob me, and wanted my money, well somehow the leash for Pedro got wrapped around this guys leg, so Pedro was screaming like a banshee because he couldnt go anywhere - I told him "hey man I dont have any money" and had the leashes in my left hand, and with my right hand I started going through the pockets on the right side of my coat (my wallet was in a pocket on the left side), well Ashlie heard Pedro screaming, so she come to open the door, and when the guy heard the doorknob turn he put the gun away  Ashlie (not knowing the guy had a gun) told him to leave, and kinda pushed him to get off of Pedros leash and said "can you get off my dog your scaring the shit out of him" and the guy goes "sorry" and raises his leg to let the leash untangle and as Im trying to hurry back in the door, the guy goes "Hey you see that bitch that lives here you tell her Im looking for her, Im gonna do the same shit to her", and I just said "ok ok ok" and went on inside.

At this point,  I was pissed off and Ashlie is like "what the hell was that guys problem" or something like that and I look at her and I go "I just had a fucking gun, stuck into my eye" (and yes, it did actually go against my eye) then yeah, we called 911 and reported it......20 minutes later, still no cop showed up, Ashlie called again, 10 minutes later, still no one but they said they were after him with a K-9, so we waited probably another 10, still no one, so we called again.

After 4 calls, 3 of which suggesting the guy was downstairs in a car with some other guys that were sitting in the car, they finally came about 45 minutes later, the guys in the car were pulled out and questioned, their excuse for sitting the parking lot was the car ran out of gas...which is bogus because they were going between 2 cars, and sat out there for about 20 minutes at least, then drove away.

Turns out, the guy that tried to jack me, robbed 2 houses in the neighborhood across the main road, then he came over into the complex where Ashlie lives, came to me, then after me, went over to some other guy across the parking lot (about 100ft away), robbed him and fired shots into the ground and told him the guy if he wanted to live he better get the fuck out of there, then after that he proceeded to get in a car, drive to the apartment complex next door, rob atleast 1 person, once the cops saw the car and went after him, he crashed into 3 cars in the lot, totaled 1 of them, got out of the complex, crashed his car (which was stolen) and took off on foot

As far as I know, he wasnt caught.  One sheriff told me that he thinks the guy that attempted to jack me was someone different than the one that did everything else......which I dont buy for a second.
