Ok, here's the story.
I'm driving through a neighborhood when all of a sudden a car speeds through from my left (at an intersection) and hits me at the left tip of my hood. My car spins all out of control and we both stop.
I get out and start arguing with him (it was a green light on my lane and red in his so I was completely justified). He tells me the lights were green in his lane. This guy is a family man too (about in his 40's) he has 3 kids in the back with his wife (So I'm guessing he didn't want to lose face, he was also "white" which explains a lot more).
We decide to take it to the cops. Cops come and I tell my side of the story and so does he. Now me being a early 20 year old gets the blame (of course)...
...But me also being a competent computer engineer that likes winning in every situation has prepared for situations like this...
I mounted a webcam system in my car, I have 4 cameras that continuously record everything in all 4 directions (hood, both sides, and bumper) and it gets live uploaded to a secret server in my home, it also gets recorded into a "black box" of sorts in my car into a VHS tape).
He's about the haul me away in his car to take me to station for questioning when I tell them about my gadget. The father then goes all fucking nuts on me, he's spouting shit like "You fucking asians!! You're always cheating the system blah blah", "Withholding evidence, you didn't tell me this beforehand, you should be arrested" etc etc.
I'm standing there laughing my ass off when the cop tells me to shut up (WTF???) while the other guy keeps spouting crap out of his mouth (the cop was white btw). The cop actually goes up to console the fucking father!! In the end, the cop doesn't write any of this up and says it was an accident!!!! I'm waving my VHS tape around saying I will get the father arrested and the cop says "You do that, and I will arrest you for aggravation".
I'm like WTF??
The next time I see a father driving with kids, I'm going to crash into and kill all of them. Then I'm going to tie the bodies of the kids to the back of my car and put the father and mothers heads on top of my hood driving around laughing.

(And yes, after the cop left, I called up my asian friend lawyer. I hope that whole family gets fucking sued for 10 million and lives in the streets. In the end, I always win).
