Post here the things that make you feel ashamed about your country.

Shame on You Argentina

-For all the corrupted politicians who led Argentina to several economic crisis
-For all the people living in poverty in one of the richest countries in the World
-For the 30.000 people disappeared during the Militar Dictatorship (1976-1983)
-For the War of Triple Alliance (1864-1870) which killed 300.000 people of Paraguay (total population 525.000)
-For killing the aboriginal tribes during the Conquest of the Desert

Shame on the USA government for most of everything they do internationally. Even when giving aid to other countries (US Government sponsered aid, not private), they are cheap (proportionally) and expect favors in return.

Shame on the USA for letting capitalism turn to greed and neglecting the poor, homeless, and abused.

Shame on me for buying into our propaganda for so many years being ignorant of our attrocities domestic and internationally.

- For sullying the cause of Republicanism and Irish freedom through attacks on civilians, racketeering, drug smuggling/dealing, robbery, beatings, maimings and other crimes.
- For abusing your position of power and influence as priests to molest and sexually assault children.

The only 2 things I really have disagreed on our government doing is the way they handle illegal immigrants and the way the government seems to be hell bent on selling all our national treasures. (Snowy Mountain River Scheme ect.)

1. it disagrees with them, and we all know no one else is permitted to have a different opinion

or 2. it's "unpatriotic".
