Hello everybody. I'm Havok and yes, I'm from BF2s. If you will allow me a fraction of your time, I will give a few reasons why I have reason to believe your actions in banning not only Mint but all of the BF2s community is ludicrous. Forgive me if I am being insubordinate, but I believe I have the right to post my opinions, regardless of whether or not they are accepted.
To start, the circled tag stating "Known Hacker" is indeed a member requested title from
this thread. To ease your search, I have found
the exact post made by Mint where he requested such a title. If the link does not bring you exactly to his post, it is because of images in the thread that load after the forum format is loaded. If you come across such an error, scroll down until you find the post (it'll be on the same page), or just hit your Back button and click the link again (it will work the second time because all the images will be in your cache). I realize A_Reformed_Psycho says that the website title was not the reason of the ban, but the original post by Mint says otherwise. Of course, I am inclined to believe the admin, but I find it odd that Mint would lie and then have a member of this respectable clan post an image substantiating his claim. I believe that is all the evidence necessary to prove he is not a hacker, as the average kills per round mystery has already been solved.
As for the blanket ban on all BF2s members, I believe this is a grave error. The BF2s website has over 30,000 registered users, many of which use this tag. The BF2s community is not a clan, and therefore cannot weed out members who create in-game misconduct while wearing our renowned tag. The point I'm trying to present is that one player is not reflective of our community as a whole. A ban on all of our members is unfair to those of us who play fairly. Although it is certainly not my decision, I think it is foolish to ban an entire community because of the actions of a single member, especially because we at BF2s do not have any regulation over who totes the tag.
As for the final part of my post, A_Reformed_Psycho claimed that Mint was banned not due to the hack accusation, but because he posted about your clan being a hacking clan. This, however, is faulty logic. Mint made that post after he was banned, because he never would have disrespected your clan if he had not been banned in the first place. Also, this post is bothering me.

i warrant you will be on the fav victims list mate in the 1st round so shut the hell up and stop talking like a noob
Now that's just rude, don't you agree? I think we can all converse like mature adults here, and statements like this are not beneficial to resolving this matter.
Also, the only reason Mint has been attacking the honor of this clan is because of his seemingly unnecessary ban and this clan's lack of a desire to cooperate. As evidence for my statement that this clan was not willing to cooperate:

Tough, there are other Warlords, see if you can get on them.
His poor conduct on this clan's forum and the BF2s forum is likely caused by the irritation created from the inability to reach a compromise. You'd all likely be upset and angered too if you were mistakenly banned for the second time from a server you enjoy, and then told to find other servers when you tried to plead your case.
So to conclude my post, I'd like to say that Mint is a great person and a great BF2 player, and that I can no longer find evidence for him to remain banned. I once again apologize if this post came off sounding condescending or insubordinate, but I personally feel attacked by the ban on my name for wearing a specific clan tag. Have a good day, all of you, and I hope this can be peacefully resolved.
