In the one in my house. It's red for hot and blue for cold. I'm guessing for that it's standard/white and chilled/blue.
One is sulfuric acid, one is water and they get randomly assigned to each every day.

The left one might be hot, but I don't know why it's not red. It's possible the blue one is colder and the left is room temperature.

In 80% of the ones in our offices:
Blue = Water at room temperature
White = Water at room temperature
I think either the coolers don't work so well, or they don't cool as quick as people drink

It is a water cooler. The white is room temp. While the blue is cold.
