So it was tipping it down this morning.. We were meant to be doing hockey outside, but because of the rain we couldn't.

So we had a choice, Table Tennis or go in the fitness suite. Because everyone went into table tennis me and 2 other friends went in the fitness suite.

Running machines, I ran 2 kilometers in 10 minutes at the level 15/21

So yeah... I was pleased with myself

Im supposed to be hockeying on Saturday and havent returned the call to the capt. yet. Fuck it, its fucking freezing and I aint getting any younger, Cardiff City on the radio same time. Shorts, T-shirt when we getting relegated anyway, for £8. Fuck right off.

All them years ago when I was in school we were told you can do what you like for PE providing you can prove it. We used to go 10 pin bowling a lot and all we needed was a reciept, or a print out of our scores. Them were the days
