- Go for x38 mobo
- get a second big hardrive for storage, 74GB is way to little these days.
- extra 2 gigs of ram, vista likes to hog it! I used to get lag in games when I had 2 gigs, now I have 4 gigs and it's all solved

That GTS, is that the g92 GTS??

Two things:

I would try to get an X38 motherboard instead of 680i. Also, I would get Crucial Ballistix RAM.

Other than that, looks great.

74GB is awful light (fine if you are not really using it for just a couple of games and thats it)  ...

Crucial ram is shit IMO. Get G.Skill or OCZ.

Really? Please do, because last I checked, the Phenoms were absolutely terrible and even C2D's out-benchmarked them.

Nobody should go AMD until they get their shit together.

Do you really need a Quad core to play BF2 and COD4? NO! If you are a graphic artist or something, then maybe yes...This will work better for what you are using the PC for= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6819115037
And yes you need a second "data" drive. Do it!

Lol for like the two most undemanding modern FPS's you have a pretty good machine, I'd say a bit too much, you don't need a quad core for cames yet unless your aiming to play crysis on high, otherwise i would stick with something like an AMD +6000 dual core

A quad core will offer benefits far beyond games. One of the best vlaues for the money at the moment.

Better value than the E8400 for 160€?

Wow didn't see that ... prices just falling!

...but ...

Some would argue that you could take that quad to the same clock. Still, 3MB cache per core is a lot, insane.

Well for a start going by the consistantly aweful spelling and grammar in all of that I'd say you wrote it all yourself, also it's bollocks and even if it is true I use my computer for gaming not watching kiddy porn so why should I give a fuck if my CPU id is tracked? BTW you can disable the CPUid feature in the BIOS.

Whoop dee fucking do? Hey guess what? Microsoft spies on us too. So do all the other big companies. This isnt a world of privacy, privacy does not exist on the internet. Who gives a shit if they give unique IDs to their CPUs? They are still fuckloads better than AMD crap. If you want a value PC that will be shit in 2 years then go right ahead and buy AMD. I call complete bullshit on this "chatlog" as well.

Dank, judging by the exceptionally poor grammar and the fact you broke a contract to put a corporate secret on a rampant web forum I refuse to believe that is real.

I must agree with you, kyle.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
