It's probably easier to list what I have for every gun in the game but four or five. (This is on 360, and never HC)
So. ARs, LMGs, most Sniper Rifles, most SMGs =
Red dot / Basic scope for snipers.
Claymores
Stopping power
Steady aim (Snipers included)

Else
Uzi
Red dot or suppressor, bandolier, sleight of hand, steady aim.

Shotguns
Grip, sleight of hand (Semi) / stopping power (Pump), steady aim.

M40
Acog, with the basic set up.

All pistols are unsuppressed M9s. = ]
