What does 0815 stand for?

Recently, I've seen alot of prefixes and names that contain 815 or 0815. What does this really stand for? I've also noticed that many people with 0815 in their name statpad or cheat in general. What's so special about the number '0815'?

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

4, 8, 16, 32... I don't get a sh*t of the others...

It means standard, nothing uncommon, nothing worth to mention in a slight derogative way.
