I've just had a missive arguement with a stupid woman who I work next to about what motivates people at work. I won't tell you which thing we were discussing, but ultimately she said that if I surveyed the people at work they'd disagree with me.
My problem is that she's right, they would, but that doesn't make them right.
To investigate this I want to know what you guys think motivates you.
Remember, it's not what you like most, or what you want. It's what makes you WANT to do your job most
To make this a little easier, think of it like this:
What satisfies you in your job - and if absent would leave you not satisfied (as apposed to dissatisfied)?
I'll let you know my opinion and that of the men in white coats later.
