I am ALMOST playing... BF2 has been giving me troubles though. Keeps crashing. I got it to go at least 20 minutes between them, but still frustrating enough to keep me from playing much.
I gotta reformat, I got win 7 on a 29gig partition that is too fucking close to being full all the time, and I am gonna ditch XP.
If it works better after the reformat I'll be around.
Is the BF2s US server still even up?

Well, I just did the whole re-format thing, and ditched XP.
Installed BF2 and all patches... and it just works now, what do you know.
Hopped on my old clan's server (holy shit, they are still around!), after almost 3 years none of the old guys were on.... but according to monitor sites some of them are still there. Server was empty, but not too long after I noted 5 NSDQ members hopped on and a game got started pretty quick.
Nothing amazing K wise, but I was never a K whore. Still ended the round some where around 19:29, we won and I was second in points.
I got some sniping in, and can still kill random infantry before they kill me close quarters. Also held down Squari (or what ever) entrace with AT, and medic'ed it up a bit. Only thing I didn't get to do was C4 a tank.
It IS a good game...
Anyone wanna catch a round shoot me a PM... I don't really feel like re-installing x-fire and figuring our my pw.
Perhaps we could even round up the old US crew and breath some life into that server.

Yeah S3v3n, Nigh Stalkers... I was a member maybe 2 or 3 years ago? Not even sure at this point. Its a good server/clan... Lots of rules, and a bit family oriented... But I can go an hour or two with out spewing cuss words.
We will have to set a time to get a few guys on the US server, or at the very least, try to meet up on one server....
