However, generally the people at EA have to have evidence that you were cheating. As far as I know they dont just go around resetting people. . . .If your clean, then you must have a secret enemy you dont know about!

Well this is what EA/Dice like to do. Its best to stay below the top 1000 or they will have you. Look at all the other account reset posts there have been on these forums maybe that might shed some light on your situation. You can e-mail them but that will get you no where unless you bribe them obviously money matters right?Scoobydoobydooo wrote:

And EA should have sent an email to the email address you used to sign up with telling you why you were reset.
Well i dont think anything will get my stats back not even money, cos i wasnt in the top 1000, i only had about 234,000 an thats not even in the top 1000.

Anyway thanks for all your post, but i guess i wont play bf2 no more cos ill just rank up and not do anything against EA and get reset.
There guys out there that hack and i know a few of em and EA cant do anything about it, well they can but they dnt try.
They shud reset them hackers out there acount instead giving them a CD key ban, they will just buy another 1.

It is a silly reason, but I can see that it'd be caused by being pretty damn annoyed at the publishers for just seemingly randomly resetting his stats for no apparent reason.BlackKoala wrote:

Over the last 6 months, EA has been looking closely at the stats of the higher-up players, and resetting those that exceed certain thresholds they have determined can only gained by padding or doing something else they disagree with. For example, I believe that they consider any score above about 300-400 in a single round to be acquired via padding, and any stats or activity on a Knife & Pistol server will get you reset.Scoobydoobydooo wrote:

Just looking at your cached stats, I see at least a couple of things that could have gotten you reset:
- You have a score of 777 on Karkand, and that was probably judged as a stat padding round
- Your favorite victim, sprayer2006 is 100 kills in a row and 3MC-Dead-Eye-Ty is 86 kills in a row ... definitely looks like something that would get you reset.
- Your shock paddle, knife, and pistol kill totals represent nearly 30% of all your kills, and this might appear to be from playing on K&P servers
