Someone else did this a while ago, and we have established it was a photoshop. If memory serves you were the one who did it last time as well.

ok i tell you what you did :
you go to language ; english .. you retyped : basic transport in: sea service ribbon.
you made a new account and get the reqs. of basic transport .. you make a screen .. the screenshot now shows that you have been awarded sea service ribbon... but the award itself is still the basic transport.
so you photoshoped it away ..( you can see that to the grey spots above the ribbon ) and you placed your own made ribbon on that place
