What do you think the best weapon in a game is?

The Gravity Gun from Half-Life 2 gets my vote.

Anyone Remember this one? It was from a thread awhile back when the USS Essex artillery a wrench a jet a tank and a heli were all mixed together. Good times good times.

MAG rifle - Perfect Dark (You can stand anywhere on the map, see through the walls, and oneshot kill anyone you click upon. Good times.)

Flak Cannon - UT2005

Chaincannon - Heavy - Team Fortress Classic (Lots of ammo very fast)

MG-42 - Day of Defeat (see above)

Panzerfaust - Call of Duty 3 (big explosions, lots of deadies)

Snark - Half Life (disposable animals that gnaw and then explode)

Boomshot - Gears of War

I will finish the list when I remember the rest of my favorites.

For Call of Duty 2, the Pssh (big one) is still quite good. So is the trench gun.

tazer from SF was awesome, just wrapped round their neck and if held long enough set them on fire.

But it has to be the gravity gun, one of the most original guns ever.
