I need a new project car

I just finished rebuilding the engine of a 1970 Chevelle. It was a lot of work, and annoying as fuck.

Well now that it is gone to sale soon, I am looking for a new project car, but the problem is I cant decide on what I want! This one I plan to keep, other than selling it. I like all of them, but like I said, cant decide.

And I hate Mustangs. Bad experience. Thats why it isn't up there.

Is it easier/harder to get parts for any one of those models? Are they more expensive when you do get hold of them?

All of them suck for parts. Dodge has a bigger "fanbase" in this part of the country. The bottom line is speed. Typical teenager behavior it would seem

It is easy to get parts for them. It's probably quite difficult to convince someone to let go of one without taking a HUGE hit to the wallet unless you find it in the junkyard.

If you're going to rebuild the engine/car...I'd say go big or don't go at all. And I would definately NOT suggest putting large aluminum rims and/or anything other than a smooth paint job/clean interior.

Sleeper cars are, in my opinion, an infintesmal amount times more badass than something like FOOSE would come up with.

I had to vote Charger. I like the coke bottle body 71-74. I just got rid of my 72 about 4 months ago. Mine had the hide-a-way headlights, rally dash cluster and a lot of other goodies. The only drawback is finding body panels, and then the price is outrageous. If you end up getting a dodge check out a place called "the paddock" they have a lot of mopar stuff. Good luck and just remember: Mopar or no car!

Why just rebuild the Engine when you can do body work and restore it if its Rusty and falling apart..

But if you really want a New Car.. get a late 60's Camaro..

It was 4 doors. Forgot to mention that. 4 door muscle car = uugly.

Hahah, Ya Suicide doors are awesome..

We cut a K-car in half at my school, and fabricated some new doors, put it all back together with the doors hinged on Suicide Style..

The thing looks so funny and it turns on a dime cause of the shortened length.
