You can also get it at http://www.mybrokencomputer.com  (uploading it to the server as I type this.).  Should be ready for download within the hour.

The full file is not on the server yet.  It is being UPLOADED.  Should be done in 60 mins.

Where's your server located?

Edit: Never mind, kickass download at 800-1400.

It's already been available at FP, and I've got 10 minutes left in line.

People who hate the line should just ignore it and do something else.

What are the required computer specs to run it? I fear my lump of outdated plastic and microchips may be to far gone to enjoy the new C&C goodness.

If you can play Battle for Middle Earth, you can play this.

KARMA, KARMA, KARMA! / 912kB/sec! I downloaded in it less than 2 minutes, compared to the 45 minute wait at Fileplanet! Ohh, I cant wait!

EDIT: Well the 98Mb I did download wasn't the demo, but I'm sure the OP will get that all worked out!
EA Link DL, no wait at all...

I've been looking forward to this demo for some time. The only thing is that I just canceled my Fileplanet subcruiption last mouth. Now I have to wait 44 minutes to download the demo.

Command and Conquer 3 System Requirements
In several interviews we have heard that CNC3 will be using on The Battle for Middle-Earth II SAGE engine. In a recent podcast a designer re affirmed this however adding that you might want a little bit better performing graphics card. Based on that we have pulled up the following information. Our assumption is that you should have a little more than this.

Have a look at what some other CNC3 Gamers bought for their systems.
(View Command and Conquer 3 Specs on our forums)

Probable System Requirements For Command and Conquer 3:

Required System:
Microsoft Windows XP
PC with 1.6 Ghz equivalent or higher processor
256 MB of system RAM
512 MB of system RAM for online play with 3 or more players
6 GB available hard disk space
8x speed or faster CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive (for the Collector's Edition)
64 MB GeForce3-class video card. The game only officially supports cards with ATI (Radeon 8500 or greater) and Nvidia chipsets, and the Intel GMA 900 and GMA 950 products. The GeForce 4 MX is not supported
Sound card with speakers or headphones
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
56.6 Kbps or better modem for 1v1 online play
Broadband connection for online play with 3 or more players
DirectX 9.0c or above.

Minimum Required Specs:
Windows XP or Windows 2000
1.3 GHz Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon processor
256 MB RAM
Nvidia GeForce2 or equivalent video card with 32 MB RAM
DirectX 9.0b compatible sound card
4 GB available hard disk space
Please note that while you will be able to play The Battle for Middle-earth(tm) with the specifications above, play experience can benefit from additional RAM, above the required 256 MB
Nvidia GeForce2 MX is not supported.

In regards to Vista and DX10:
"As for DX10, we’ve thought about releasing a patch but in order to give players some incremental benefit but we really feel developers have to build for DX10 from the ground up." Source Discussed on our Forum

"It really is fast fun and fluid" "The multiplayer definitely does not suck!"

Dude...lame. I had 3 minutes left, and next I looked, it jumped me to 45. Looks like I'll be making use of Mybrokencomputer's, if it goes up first.

Now it jumped to 63 minutes. So much for getting an early place in line. Never had FP do that before.

Let me rephrase; will it play on Vista without being a lagfest like a certain game from a certain swedish developer?
