Personally I would of got a e6600 and a slightly better mobo and 1 gig stick of ram instead of the 2x 512mb.

I think what stryyker meant to say is you are going to bottleneck like a bitch with only one gig of RAM. Still a pretty nice setup though.

Nice one dude, exact same system except the HDD & PSU & gfx (7900GT) . You'll like the mobo, nice and easy and a brilliant BIOS.

Congrats, it'll run like a dream. Lemme know how far you can OC your 6400

I've seen that e6400 oc'd to 2.8 ghz, it nearly matched the x6800 in a few benchmarks.

Lol. Almost identical to my setup.  Unfortunately I've got a 7600 GS, and I think it's a Gigabyte.
Is my motherboard any good?  It's a Gigabyte S3 945 chipset.
