Lets see? this is mostly a gaming, lazy, site. So I wanted to see how athletic, unathletic people are.

If you have worked out before, tell us:

Bench:

and what sports u play/played.

Mine are:
Bench: 235
Squat: 385
Clean: 170
Curl: 2 hands: 115, 1 hand: 55
40 time. 4.93
mile time. 6:58 fuck miles.......
and what sports u play/played. football until my freshman year.

I played volleyball, basketball, badminton, curling, did cross country back in the day, snowboarded a couple times, i swam, rollerblading, biking, and I think thats about it.

well, before i post this, keep in mind that i'm sixteen

bench: 90
squat: 400
never cleaned
curl: maxed out at 75 but doing reps its around 45
no idea for a 40 (PS meters or yards)
mile time: sub five minutes

you cant do squat 400lbs ender That is what pro athlete does I would think you could do way over 90lbs on the bench if you can do 400lbs.
Well for me i can bench at least 125lbs
Squat 125lbs
Never Cleaned never tried to clean
not sure about the 40
mile probably 7 min the last time I actually did the mile in 6th grade which was 4 years ago was 12.12 twice but i was fat and slow then now I'm fit.
I play football and will until i cant or dint make it to the pros.

mile time. dunno about 1 mile but I do 1.5 miles in 10:45 minutes. Air Force PT test score
and what sports u play/played.
Play softball, football and soccer for my unit. Played baseball, football and soccer in High School.

Dude apparently you dont know shit about lifting weights. I used to squat 400-450 when I played baseball and football in high school.

Squat: 175
Clean: 75 (i think)
Curl: Usually 25 for 20 reps.
40 time. Not sure right now. I'll ask my bro later.
mile time. Got a halfmile in 3:18 so double it I guess.
and what sports u play/played. Usually Football and Golf for school. Like playing basketball, then all the other sports we play in PE.

Sorry I meant to put 1.5 miles. I was thinking about when I was in Basic when we had to do 2 miles. Umm... I did 2 miles once in like 14 minutes and did 3 miles with a 30 lbs. rucksack in around 24 minutes.

40: 4.7s on a track, 4.8 on turf
Mile: last time I ran a time mile was in 8th grade, 5:50

Sports: in HS I did football 4 years, track 4 years, basketball 1 year, weightlifting throughout during school and after practice.
Currently I swim and cycle. Swapped to low impact when I tore my posterior cruciate ligament.

Also, I would like to note I don't judge athleticism on max. I'd base it on sustainable performance.
