64oz vegetable broth
3 carrots sliced
1.5 sweet potatos in bite size but not too small chunks
cut up a tomato and throw it in there
1/2 clove garlic [great immune booster]
a few stalks of kale [never heard of it? #1 most nutritional veggie in the world]
1/4 of an onion
some brocolli [adds vitamins and flavor]
cook the beef on a side pan to save you some time.
boil the stew for 35 minutes. make sure the potato is cooked enough. thats how you know its done.
add the meat and give it another 5 minutes.
it was fucking delicious. my sore throat is gone already.
