That's a redundancy. Worst already implies that he is the only one, THE worst. If you had more than one worst enemy (which is what became implied with the word "sole"), it would not be your worst.

As a fat guy on Super Troopers would say: "I got you good you fucker." Seriously though, I'd rather have someone I know be my worst enemy than some random guy who sucks at the game but got lucky.
