(yes i know not long til 1.4, but do you really think that the problems will be fixed)

Agree with you m8 and after waiting over 2 months + for the new patch to sort it out it really takes the piss.

6/6/06 was a shit day for bf2 with the realise of the 1.3 patch hence the three 6's

I know its bad when CTD happens but before you blow up and choke your computer or hop on a plane to face EA/DICE and whip someone ass take a look at this http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=38828

Im not saying I dont like the gameplay, I enjoy the gameplay when I can play the game.

I do like like the game and I especially enjoyed it before 1.3 when I could actually play it without it crashing 10-15 time a night.

Trigger happys post says that the company is not making money etc.

Well one thing to ensure that consumer confidence can grow is through QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.

I shouldnt have to return the game it workd fine before 1.3.

My solution was to piss all my money into a new computer, so now it hardly crashes and if it does it only takes about 30 seconds to get back in the game! Expensive solution though, so I kind of see the logic in the lawsuit thing, but screw that. God I hated it when I had to wait hours for every game to load though.

Another point: if you have the full 1.3 patch it's not so bad at crashing than the incremental one.

i agree the original game was cool and im surprised to see the amount of server that are listed in the top 20 of multiplay that are hosting the demo and filling there servers, i was willing to give dice, digital whatever the benefit of the doubt in the hope that they would bring out a decent patch and we could get back to the last bit of game play before the game becomes obsolete with the launch of 2142, but to tell you the truth it just been to phucking long, a month maybe, two at the outside but for fuck sake the last patch came out before armoured fury which was ages ago and the release date for 2142 is so they say in October, so really that give BF2 a month as it seems to me the last few patches have just been testing ideas for 2142 so we maybe looking at a finished game ( of sort ) so who going to be playing BF2 if the patch is still phucked when they can have a game that run without any problems.
Don’t get me wrong i love BF2 and have had my moneys worth but the last while with hacks, glitches, macro users and the rest it starting to be a real pain to play, then we have 2142 and there hype so far looks really interesting, no spawn killing as the spawn points are movable, gone are the pistol and knife servers due to the dog tags and something in place to stop levitating dolphin divers cheating the shoot boxes with this barely more than say two month away you would think these numpteys would have the patch out by now.
