I think it would be nice if the crosshairs of the TV missile had some color, like red orange or whatever, its hopeless to hit anything on dragonvalley because everything is just white.
Also a 20-25% range increase would be nice, I think they nerfed them a bit too hard

Excatly what i was thinking, creepy. Was playing dragon valley yesterday and chopper v chopper at hugh altitude was almost impossible. The white cross hairs on white background made it complete guess work. Only way i could do it was to get above the chopper and then look down.

Wondering if changing normal cross hair colour would also change the cross hair colour of the TVs....

no when u change your regular cross-hairs for your gun it doesn't change the TV missles cross-hair color.

I think the blackwhite thing is actualy cool, except the crosshairs need background contrast

leaving the blackwhite but f.e. make AH-1 crosshairs and the box around it green like the HUD and orange for mec and pla.

Especialy on dragon valley (which is far to bright anyway for my taste) you need to elevate redicules high to get a dark enough background for the gunner to actualy find his crosshairs in the first place and that makes you shop suey for jets.

on a side note... add SOME kind of sound when chopper is being mg'ed

I found something against that on Dragon Valley, I was flying alone and uuh I kept making circles untill I noticed the enemy chopper wasn't in the '''white clouded area'' anymore, but In the clear blue sky, so I switched to gunners mode and tv missle and I saw MY CHROSSHAIRS! So I took him down

No its worse for AA vechile because they can't see their crosshair when they try to take down choppers. ofcourse its easy to take down choppers but planes get anoying

I think the shaky "lo-fi" feel of the TV guided missile view would be somewhat watered down if you had a bright green crosshair or something like that.

But I agree with the "too much effort part". It would be easier to enable the standard crosshair colors.

its called "scotch tape", and a "Sharpie" permanent marker.

1.) open BF2, get in server, select sniper, spawn.
2.) stick a 1"x1" piece of tape on to your monitor right in the center.
3.) switch to zoomed rifle view and trace crosshairs of scope onto scotch tape.
