Dice said that around 10,000 - 50,000 people will get the beta. I would like to ask wether you think BF2s will be allowed copies of the beta for feedback to DICE.

It's not true. I believe anyone will be able to download it just like patch 1.4

The REAL beta with maps for 2142 we be like 1.4 I think. The karkand is just an extra goodie for buying vanilla and SF

DICE have confirmed that they will be releasing an open beta for BF 2142 in the beginning of August. This is great news for the game as public testing will hopefully mean they will get much more feedback on the problems with the game. We will post more information as we get it."
