Hmm, your perspective is very off. Might be a good idea to google two point perspective and vanishing points. Really, the top of the poster should be higher than on the right than the left. Like when you look at your monitor from far on one end.
You gotta line the sides of the poster up with the lines in the wall.
Definately better, but it needs a little more tweaking to get it to look as if he is looking at it from that angle, good though. Like the bottom right corner of the poster needs to be up more, i.e. move the line upwards (bottom edge of poster).

I used to use photoshop professionaly for a reprographics firm and have been using it since so that's more than 10 years now. I would hope I know a few tricks.
If anyone want to learn the app then play with it every day (the app!).
It's by far the best way to learn, then if you're serious, work through some tutorials and join a graphics forum. I'm no artist but there are some guys out there who really do some amazing work.
